 15th October,2005 Meeting Minutes

AGENDA:  ORIENTATION ON ODUMAN MALARIA PREVENTION PROJECT
 
PROCEEDINGS: THE PRESIDENT & SECRETARY  TO PRESIDED OVER THE MEETING

The meeting started around 7:20 instead of the normal time of 7:00pm due to the late of some members.Daniel Thompson,the vice president gave the opening prayer,the secretary read out the minutes of the previous meeting where it was approved by the members.Brochures containing information on malaria oprevention,causes and symthoms where distributed to the members..This was in line with the club's pending programme at Oduman,also to get the members abreast with malaria and its preventive measures.Members gave their contributions,some commented on the preparation.The meeting ended at exactly 8:30pm.The same agenda will be treated next week to equip the members on issues concerning malaria.Other matters where discussed,the most interesting one was the updating of the club's website,it was suggested that new pictures of the club's latest events should publihed and old ones to be removed.

OTHER MATTERS

New T-Shirt and I.D Cards for the club was proposed.Members where asked to bring their designs for the shirt.
